Aslıhan Aydın graduated from Middle East Technical University (METU) in 1996 with a degree in Management and began her career the same year at KOÇ HOLDING as a Management Trainee.
After completing the three-month Management Trainee program, she played a key role in the establishment of KOÇ FINANCE, a start-up company newly founded by KOÇ HOLDING.
After gaining three years of experience at KOÇ FINANCE, she managed the establishment process of MNG BANK. In 2001, she furthered her education by attending Harvard Business School, where she earned a certificate from the Web Marketing Certificate Program.
Following her education, she continued her career at OYAK BANK in 2001, where she was responsible for overseeing the bank’s restructuring process. Under her management, OYAK BANK became the largest bank in Turkey during this time.
Subsequently, she was involved in the founding of BANK POZITIF, a pioneering concept of coffee banking, which was the first of its kind in Turkey.
After gaining four years of experience at Bank Pozitif, she took charge of the restructuring process at SINPAŞ HOLDING and managed all advertising and communication efforts for SINPAŞ GYO. During this period, SINPAŞ gained significant popularity in both local and global markets, with notable figures such as Bill Clinton participating as a speaker and lecturer at the company’s events. In short, Aslıhan Aydın managed the foundational processes of many of Turkey’s leading financial institutions, gaining extensive experience in setting up new businesses, working across various sectors, serving mass individual communities, creating financial products tailored to market needs, and handling corporate and brand communication operations for these top-tier companies in Turkey.
In 2010, after 16 successful years in corporate management, finance, marketing, corporate and brand communication, Aslıhan Aydın began offering consultancy services to corporate firms in these areas.
During this period, she worked with companies across multiple industries, including tourism, finance, construction, health, and others. She developed comprehensive communication plans aligned with the business strategy and objectives of the companies. Based on these strategies, she also formulated marketing, advertising, PR, and organizational plans, which were implemented through creative solutions in collaboration with related agencies. This experience allowed her to gain valuable insights into both strategic and operational aspects, and she developed a strong network across both the corporate world and agency sector, along with a deep understanding of the operational details behind creative solutions.
